GUIDELINES FOR INTERVIEWING MUSIC GRANT INC. PERSONNEL

We are delighted to share the following guidelines, which are designed to promote respectful and constructive communication between the press and Music Grant Inc. personnel.

We kindly ask that you agree to these guidelines at the beginning of any conversation or interview. This mutual understanding will help ensure clarity regarding the usage and attribution of the information shared.

On the Record

Information shared during the interview may be quoted directly and attributed to the individual by name and title. We warmly encourage this level of transparency to enrich the dialogue.

On Background

Statements made by our personnel can be quoted directly or paraphrased, with attribution to "Music Grant Inc." or "Music Grant Personnel," as preferred by the individual. This approach allows for meaningful insights while respecting individual preferences.

On Deep Background

An official source should not be quoted or identified in any manner, including as "an unnamed source." Information is often articulated through phrases such as "it is understood that" or "it has been learned." This method allows reporters to provide context and facilitate a deeper understanding of the topic. It is important to acknowledge that the insights reflected in the reporting stem from the reporter's perspective rather than directly from the source.
